The DMNC-EDM P40 is a high-precision CNC Die Sinking EDM machine designed for exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Featuring 3-axis simultaneous control and a 4th generation electrical discharge control system, it delivers a mirror surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.12µm) and minimal electrode wear (≤ 0.05%). With a robust 50A controller and a machining efficiency of ≥ 500mm³/min, the P40 is a powerful and versatile solution, ideal for starting or expanding your business in precision manufacturing.

ZNC540 DIE SINKING EDM MACHINE

ZNC Die sinking EDM is a cost-effective electrical discharge machining solution perfect for those new to EDM or for applications where high precision and surface finish are not critical. This traditional-style machine features manual X and Y-axis control, giving the operator hands-on positioning of the workpiece. The servo controlled Z-axis automates the electrode movement for reliable spark erosion.
