SGMT Technologies Sdn Bhd incorporated in 28th July 2001, founded by Kelvin Tan Swee Yeat (1969-2022).
Initially a company focus on providing service and maintenance for conventional and CNC machine like CNC milling, CNC turning, EDM die sinking and EDM wire cut machine. In recent years, with over 20 years of experiences, we have extend our business into supply machinery, equipment, tools, and industrial software for commercial & education sector.
In 2015 onwards, SGMT drives its passion into education sector by collaborating with KUKA and FANUC Malaysia. We support education sector by providing technical consultation as well as training & seminar to strengthen the knowledge and skill of technical professionnel in education sector.
SGMT supply various kind of machine and equipment for production and hobbyist purpose. Notable brand of products we carried are Optimum (Germany/China) for general metal working machine such as milling, turning, drilling and sawing. Bendmak (Turkey) for metal bending and welding, Solutionix (Korea) for 3D scanner and German brand CNC router known as VHF (German). Other machines such as laser cutter, injection molding machine, press brake,etc. also can be supply by us.
Besides machinery, SGMT is the agent of CAM software for SprutCAM & Ren AN simulator software. The later is useful for training purposes and also a new way of learning CNC machine. SprutCAM is multiple solution CAM software not only support for CNC machines but also multi axis machines and robot. Speaking of robot. SGMT became the official system integrator of KUKA in year 2021 and mainly focus on design training cell for education purpose.
We continue providing technical service to certain machine and controller until today. Best known on support and provide FAGOR / HEIDENHAIN associated parts on CNC machine. We also continue to support display solution of CNC controller by supplying monitor depending on the controller.
