CRT MONITOR TO LCD MONITOR
As CRT monitor is phase out in generation nowadays. SGMT offer the solution to replace CRT type CNC controller monitor into LCD type monitor with video signal cable specially created to suit the old CRT monitor.

Official FAGOR automation spare parts provider in Malaysia as well as technical support. We supply FAGOR's linear scale, DRO, driver, encoder, etc. that is essential to FAGOR controller's CNC machines.
Some spare parts may also used on other machine to replace the original or obsolete product for alternative options.

EDUCATIONAL SECTOR TRAINING & SUPPORT
SGMT helps educational sector by provide technical support such as training or seminar on basic CNC machining knowledge for milling and turning.
The training includes the practical operation with CNC milling or turning machine, CNC programming and programming using CAM software.
EDUCATION SUPPORT: PROJECT GUIDING / CONSULT
SGMT not only provide training or seminar to education sector but also giving possible technical consult or guidance to student / post graduate project. We enjoy the challenge and knowledge sharing with academic sector; happy to share or help what we can in design concept, machining application or software tips. SGMT believes that education and industry should collaborate often to improve innovation of technology.
COLLABORATION WITH FANUC MALAYSIA
FANUC Malaysia appointed SGMT as the education sector collaboration agent that helps to manage training and certification program offered by FANUC Malaysia.
Currently, there is FANUC Robodrill / milling certification programs, turning as well as FANUC Robocut (wire edm) certification program.
COLLABORATION WITH KUKA MALAYSIA
Being one of the system integrator of KUKA Malaysia, SGMT not only design robot training system cell for education but also work with KUKA Malaysia for certification program. Certification program according to KUKA requirements and focus on robot operation and programming.
Participants can choose either to have training program at KUKA College Malaysia or at own site.
