KUKA ready2_educate is training cell for hands-on education in robotics. It is especially aimed at schools, universities and company training facilities. The training cell is a complete starter package and perfect partner for entry into robotics.
With the ready2_educate training cell, tasks with varying levels of difficulty can be implemented and carried out. From simple stacking tasks to complex continuous path motion and corresponding logic programming.

SGMT customized training cell for education sector, aims for those who seeks for special requirement or solutions that is not standard provided by robot manufacturer and budgetary consideration.
Our training cell comes standard with exercise module for entry or advance level of robotic application in pick & place, palletizing, assembly, robot tending, signal integration and even for robotic machining or welding.
TRAINING & CERTIFICATION PROJECT
Being one of the system integrator of KUKA Malaysia, SGMT not only design robot training system cell for education but also work with KUKA Malaysia for certification program. SGMT will manages all the inquiry from education sector and arrangement for the training.
KUKA set up KUKA college in Malaysia (based in Puchong, Selangor) provides certification program according to KUKA standards and focus on robot operation and programming. Few training programs are available: P1 (for beginner), P2 (advance), KUKA robot welding and KUKA Sim simulation training. Certificate from KUKA will be provided for those who pass the exam.
Participants can choose either to have training program at KUKA College Malaysia or at own site.
