Ren An CNC simulator is designed and product of Taiwan company Renan Information Technology Co.,Ltd. The simulator designed is wonderful for training and checking purpose, which the simulator feature sleek cutting animation and virtual controller that is closely resembling to the real brand controller.

Unlike most of others simulator. Ren An CNC simulator featured a virtual machine in which user can go through several machining preparation procedure that is akin to real machine (e.g: set up WCS, set up tool length / tool information, wear offset, etc.). This provides more practical and machine operation training than only highlighting in CNC programing, which make it a perfect teaching equipment for vocational or technical school.

CNC simulator focus on building the fundamental of machine operation and CNC programming. This helps learner to learn CNC machine operation with ease and less anxiety. Further advantages of CNC simulator is that it can cover a large scale of student from learning, class can continue even if real machine is down, and recently a great learning tool for online classes during pandemic.

Software base simulator
Desktop simulator
Station simulator

Software base simulator serve as the basis and everything is virtual. Desktop simulator is classroom favorite as it featured a real and functionable control panel just like the one used in real CNC machine, it is also design in plug and play type so that different control panel can be used matching with different controller.

Station simulator looked professional as it shares the same characteristic with desktop simulator except that it split the screen for virtual machine and virtual controller, making the learning environment better.
